Terms of Service

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Avni Yayin (Berl Katzenelson 7, Petah Tikva, Israel) ("Syterr", "we", "us") for your use of the Syterr website-intelligence platform at site.dogware.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Syterr provides website-intelligence tools: WHOIS/RDAP lookups, DNS, SSL certificate checks, SEO and technology-stack analysis, and uptime monitoring, presented as reports. Features and limits depend on your plan.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account.
• You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• use the Service to break the law, or to scan or target systems you have no right to test;
• overload, disrupt, or try to bypass the security, rate limits, or access controls of Syterr or of any site you scan;
• ignore the robots.txt, rate limits, or terms of the sites you scan, or use Syterr for abusive crawling;
• misuse WHOIS/registrant data, for example for spam, harassment, or unlawful profiling. You must use any personal data returned by a scan only for lawful purposes and in line with data-protection law;
• resell, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service except where the law expressly allows it;
• upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Plans, fees and billing

• Paid plans and their prices are shown at sign-up and on our pricing page. Payments are handled by Stripe. By subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same period (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose) until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Refunds are provided where required by applicable law.
• Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where required.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

5. Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial of the paid plans. No credit card is required to start it, and you can cancel at any time before it ends. When the trial finishes, you can choose a paid plan to keep the paid features; if you do not, your account continues on our free plan. Our free plan is also available with no time limit and no card required.

6. Your content and data

• You keep ownership of the domains, data and content you submit. You grant us the permission we need to run the scans you request and to operate the Service.
• You confirm you have the right to submit each domain/URL for scanning and to receive its results.
• How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Accuracy of results

Syterr's reports are provided for informational purposes. We draw on third-party sources (registries, DNS, certificate authorities, search and analytics providers) and work hard on accuracy, but we do not guarantee that every result is complete, current, or error-free. Do not rely on a Syterr report as your only basis for a decision with legal, financial, or security consequences.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers (for example Stripe, Google, and others listed in the Privacy Policy). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the parts they operate. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, update features, or suspend the Service where reasonably necessary.

10. Warranties and liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
• Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, Syterr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

• You can close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users.
• On termination, the parts of these Terms that by their nature should survive (for example payment owed, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Israel.
